Review Quotes
"Caldecott Honor artist Pinkney puts a sprightly spin on this classic tale with resplendent artwork that comically conveys the title character's energy."--Publishers Weekly (starred review)
"A gorgeously illustrated version of the classic tale, this time with a brown skinned protagonist....Pinkney's backgrounds (forests, snow drifts, stone walls) are dappled with light....A beautiful new rendering."--Kirkus Reviews
