Great smell
It smells pleasant. Does not smell like a new car though. Kinda like a sweet candy scent. It does wear off quickly if you take it out of the bag it comes in and hang it in your car it’s maybe day 3 out of the bag - the instructions say to take the tree slowly out of the bag when it starts to loose its smell. That’s weird. Why would you hang a plastic baggy in your car (thought apparently my in-laws did that)?

This smells like perfume. It smells nothing at all like a new car smells. I was disappointed because I specifically wanted my car to have the scent of a new vehicle. I suggest you keep looking at other brands.

I deep cleaned my car and let me tell you this scent tree has made my car smell SOOO GOOD. It doesn’t smell exactly like that new car smell BUT it’s really close and smells very good. I usually buy the strawberry one but I wanted something different so I went ahead and tried, and it’s my absolute fav.
