Loved the taste and texture. Not as sweet in comparison to targets organic unfiltered honey, but this is yummy regardless. Price wise they both were the same. This is a bigger bottle.

This honey tasted great! I had the opportunity to try it through a product review. You could catch the taste of the floral notes. A nice light lingering sweetness. It paired well with tea and biscuits. Nice size bottle that is easy to squeeze and use.

I thought that this would just taste like every other honey, but boy was I wrong! There was nothing but sweet, soft, flowery, honey goodness! My husband has been eating it by the spoon fulls! There truly is a difference in overall flavor and quality. This honey tastes so natural that you picked up a jar from the farmer down the street! This truly is a wonderful product and will definitely purchase again!

I love this honey! I use it for tea almost everyday. I also made a stir fry and used some Local Hive Southeast Honey to give it a bit of a sweet taste. It was a game changer. I highly recommend this honey and will certainly be buying it again.

The Local Hive Southeast Raw & Unfiltered Honey is one of the cleanest, best tasting honeys that I have ever tried. It is wonderful by itself but tastes amazing when mixed with butter and spread on a fresh baked roll.

I had the pleasure of trying this local hive unfiltered honey for the first time. I use honey often but I have to say this raw unfiltered honey has a wonderful taste. It was delightful! It's not too light but not dark so you can use it for everything. I loved it in teas but also enjoyed using it in the oatmeal. I have also already used it in a few of my recipes including my Mexican lime slaw that we top of my cauliflower chickpea tacos. The honey was fantastic. It was perfect balance of sweet and tangy needed. I saw local hove has many other honeys and now I'm very curious to test out the rest of the products. I think this is one of the nicer honey's I have used before. Smooth creamy and delicious!!

This local hive honey comes at the best time when the weather Is unstable causing colds and flu and the flowers begin to bud. I love a natural way to sweeten tea and honey is my go to. I found this honey very easy to digest when taken by the teaspoon for a cough. Although, honey is already sweet I found this not to be overly bearing on the taste. Overall, this is a brand I would repurchase.

I grew up with honey from neighboring bee keepers & of course visiting our county fair in upstate New York. I haven't been back up north in about 7 years, but this honey takes me back there in a nostalgia trip I wasn't prepared for. High recommended, looking forward to the next batch^^

The taste is very natural. Lots of Floral note. Great with my green tea and Toast. I used it on top of Granola with yogurt.

In a very interesting concept of collecting from local producers, I tried the Southeast. The floral notes were pretty accurate, and I was surprised on how sweet it was compared to my local honey. It was also really light. The notes were woody if not smokey at the finish. It was fun to take a tour from another part of the country. I would be really interested in trying multiple regions back-to-back, in perhaps a sampler. I look forward to trying them all and tour the country through honey.

I thought honey was honey. Wow, was I wrong! This sweet yet complex product completely changed how I think about honey. I can't go back to the bear-shaped container now.

I lolike the unfiltered honey which I can add to tea, or mix it with lemon and water to make it a simple, soothing and healthy drink. Love the subtle citrus flavor in the honey!

You can immediately tell this is a quality honey that taste nothing like your average grocery store honey. The floral notes of this Southeast honey are outstanding. The flavor is complex yet delicious. I've added this honey to my morning breakfast oatmeal, biscuits and tea and it pairs so nicely with each of them. It's a great alternative to sugar. As an added plus Local Hive, like the name suggests, works with local beekeepers and supports PACE (Pollinator Awareness Through Conservation & Education). It makes you feel even better to support a company who is giving back. I love this honey and look forward to trying many more from the other regions.

I tried the Local Hive Southeast Raw Unfiltered Honey and was absolutely the best honey I have ever tasted. The sweet taste of the honey works perfectly with every recipe I tried it in or just putting a little on warm homemade biscuits. This all natural no additives is well worth the price. I have shared the dishes that I made with the honey with friends, family and coworkers and everyone agrees that it has the perfect amount of sweetness. I will definitely be buying this product again as it will be replacing my usual brand.
