    Honestly, if I could give these wireless Logitech gaming headsets a zero star I would the low quality sound is horrendous. I could barely hear any of the gaming volume however, I guess you pay what you get. It was on sale for five bucks off so I took a chance I was tired of the wires, but this is gotta be the worstand it’s class wireless gaming for cheap. Avoid these if you can.

    despite power cycling, checking sound settings, trying Ghub (which specifically says it will not do anything with G435, yippee) trying to update drivers, trying to update firmware, messing around with default devices and device properties, charging to full, and extensively following every possible troubleshooting answer "support" has given, microphone WILL NOT work. Wireless headphones are really nice. *these* wireless headphones are *not* plus they're super small. They're the only headphones I've ever had that I had to fully extend just to barely reach my ears.

    if you're planning to use this headset for multiple devices, stay clear, this is by far the worst headset to switch between devices. you have pair with your device all over again once you use it with a separate device. and when switching to the dongle, you have to manaully turn the headset off and turn it back on. the construction is very low quality which is understandable for the price but the sound quality is just as bad and doesn't get very loud, no sound cancellation so if your surrounding is loud, you will not be happy with the volume output. i'm only giving this 2 star because it's atleast the only bluetooth headset on the market that works with ps5. I wanted to be able to use one headset for both pc and ps5 but since i have to pair the headset everytime i want to use it, i should have just purchased separate headsets with better sound quality to begin with. absolutly dissapointing experience and this is my last time purchasing logitch headsets, their mouses and keyboards are great but all their headsets really blow.

    This headset does NOT come with the LIGHTSPEED Wireless USB-A receiver! Maybe it wasn't included in the box I got but this was a total waste of money. There shouldn't be a mention of the USB receiver if it doesn't actually come with the headset. Will be returning this and getting another one just to see if it was a defective one that just got sent out that way. Disappointed. They feel great when I put them on though!
