A: Hello, the G733 do not feature bluetooth connectivity for cell phone usage. The headset requires a USB dongle plugged in to your computer.

Q: The sliders on the side seem very breakable. Are they durable, or are they easily broken? (if you dont know what im reffering too, its the part with the chrome G logo.it looks like it would break very easily.

Unfortunately I didn’t know that these aren’t compatible with my new Xbox series x. I gave them to my husband for his PS5 and they work great and connected immediately. Other than me not being able to use them, they are comfortable, lightweight, easy to connect (if they are compatible), and the lights are super cool looking.

Bought these after looking to replace a headset that wasn't doing anything for me. The rounded-square ear cuffs are a wonderful texture (I have texture sensory issues) and feel very durable while not sacrificing comfort. There is a small cloth headband to keep pressure off your scalp and help avoid headaches, and I've found it to be very successful about a month later. The microphone is removable, it connects wirelessly via usb and includes a charge cable. The length of charge is very nice, I haven't had any problems in terms of battery life or comfort during long gaming or work sessions. My friends say the quality of the mic is better than my older model Blue Yeti, so take of that what you will. I personally didn't notice a difference when testing sound settings but regardless the quality is great. There are buttons on the left ear for power or muting the mic, and a wheel for volume. The only minor issue i've had with them i that I have wide angle glasses, and the LED sometimes flashes back into the corner of my eye. It's really only a problem at night and it's minor at the worst. Overall I'm very happy with it and it's been more than worth the investment.

This headset has an amazing battery life and an extremely quick charging time. The only downfall of these headphones is that they cannot be used by Xbox.

Immediately after charging, head set is cutting in and out with static sound through the input and output. Listening to audio like the speakers are blown but you turn it off and back on then it is fine for another 10 minutes then repeat. After a half hour I discovered the mic cuts randomly and wont work as well. Literally a waste. Other wise they look great and are comfortable.

TLDR: Pros- Have lasted over 2 years, comfy, no audio delay, good audio with more settings in software, 20+ hour battery life w/ rgb lighting on, customizable lighting, decent mic for a wireless headset, durable/flexible, good for gaming and daily/casual use. Love them! Cons- Faux leather inside ear cups peel off, volume scroll wheel gets wonky over time, kind of pricey (definitely get on sale!) Longer review: COMFORT Ordered this headset back in Jan 2021 and they're still holding up just great! They hurt my ears for the first few days (switched from Razer Krakens) but I kept wearing them and they're super comfy and I can wear them for hours with no issues now. AUDIO I play rhythm games with this headset and I haven't experienced any delay in audio due to it being wireless, audio quality is good and things can be changed in the software if it's not to your exact liking. BATTERY Battery life lasts me all day, even a few hours for the next. I get a solid 20+ hours before needing to charge WITH rgb always on. You'll hear a double beep when you know it's running low on battery or you can check the software to see the percent and how many more hours you have left. LIGHTING The rgb lighting has been my favorite and is customizable, and flashes red when the headset is low battery and green when it's charging (goes back to rgb after a few flashes.) MIC I will say though, the mic is not external mic quality but it's better than most, and poorer mic quality is to be expected with wireless headsets. (This hasn't been an issue for me though since I use an external mic anyway.) Don't let this deter you, it still sounds pretty good! DURABILITY They have held up great for two years! Although made of plastic, they're very durable and have even survived being accidentally sat on (LOL) due to them being very flexible. The headband thing hasn't stretched out at all, all leds still work and are bright, buttons all work, and there's no tears in the cushioning. The insides of the ear cups do have faux leather in them which have peeled off, but it's not really that noticeable to me at all, and the scroll wheel for the volume can be finnicky once you've had the headset for awhile. Overall, a great headset for both gaming and daily/casual use! I definitely recommend getting them on sale since they are on the more expensive side, but I suppose I can vouch that you'll for sure get your money's worth out of them!

It is an okay headset, sound is okay and my voice seems fine if not on the quiet side. The biggest issue is if I have mine on with nothing playing I can hear a abnormal buzzing and hiss, I also needed to buy an USB extender and set the receiver on my desk otherwise the headset would not connect.

previously bought one and it was amazing no complaints, bought the black pair sounds genuinely horrible / sounds like im underwater, side tone is disgusting sounds like im talking into a tin can DO NOT BUY.

I don’t recommend. Yes they look pretty and they fit perfectly well too, but I’ve gotten comments saying my voice cuts out a lot and I sound muffled or you just can’t hear me at all. It would’ve been better if there was a longer microphone that was more bendy and adjustable.

I’ve wasted so much money. I bought two pairs. First pair for my boyfriend, they stopped working after a month. Now mine, when i’m talking to people, they say it sounds like my “voice is underwater”. Very disappointed. Liked them at first.

I Absolutely love these, however they were definitely too big. I was super disappointed because the sound quality and mic quality were insanely impressive for a headset. I really really want to just deal with the size but for the looks and sounds together and with the price I would definitely rather find a new headset for the same price that actually fits. I love these and would most definitely recommend them to a friend. I wish these would have fit better.

Just wondering, but has your husband tried the headset on a computer? I'm just curious if it is a firmware issue. If you could try, that may help the connection issues. You will need to download Logitech GHub found here: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-ca/articles/360025298133 Then connect the USB receiver to the computer. It will be able to check the firmware and hopefully will fix the issues. If not, you can start a warranty claim there as well. -Charlton at Logitech

a really good and solid headset. it's made of plastic but still has a good mix of flexibility and rigidity. i originally bought this headset because of the "suspension band" it has on the top. my old headphones had been giving me terrible pains when they sit on top of my head. plus, the ear cups were just too circular! i really like how on these headphones they are contoured to the shape of your ear. they have great features, like a mic mute/unmute button, RGB, power button that when you click it while on it tells you the battery percentage, and a infinite volume wheel that directly changes the volume on your pc. amazing headset!

G733 wireless gaming headphones are sleek and effortless. They are truly awesome. Only downside I see compared to other gaming headsets I have is that the mic does not retract, nor can it fold up and out of the way if you are not using it. The only option is to remove it which can be problematic if you’re someone like me who loses things. The packaging looks expensive which is a huge plus, gives you that sense that it's nice quality. Gaming headphones can sometimes be bulky and heavy. I love how light weight they are. When I wear them and they are on I can hear the game perfectly. No outside noise disrupting anything. My ears are sore after wearing and are very comfortable.

I have been trying to find some headphones that are wireless and good quality. These seem to fit all my needs. Logitech is a well-known brand that holds up to their name. It was super easy to use and pretty much plug and play. It has a wireless adapter to plug into a usb port tor your wireless gaming needs. The microphone is removable, which I thought was an amazing quality to have on gaming headphones. Sometimes it is hard to find the mute button, with this, you just remove it. It is a simple headphone jack for the microphone. The microphone is flexible so you can move it into a comfortable position needed. The headphones charger is a c-port, so it is quick to charge and feels like it lasts forever on one charge. The sound is quite amazingly clear, it feels like I am in the room with the people I am talking to on my games. The added bonus of the RGB lights is amazing. The lights is an added bonus so you can find your headphones while gaming in a dark room. The only downside is it is not Bluetooth, but that’s ok, since the usb adapter can be used on almost any device. Overall, you will not go wrong with this purchase.

My husband really likes these headphones. He mentioned they are extremely comfortable and great for long term use. When he is on his laptop the mouthpiece sits at a comfortable angle so he doesn't need to adjust it much. The sound is also very good.

Great pair of headphones, no complaints.Sound and mic quality are superb. The battery last long after a good charging overnight. The Logitech G733 is a fantastic wireless option that covers all the bases when you want to be fully immersed in gaming activity. The earpads are very soft and large which makes it comfortable for extended use.
