Q: Does this require WiFi at all (even for setup)? My apartment has a weird WiFi system that won't let me connect any speakers to it, so I need this to be fully functional via only Bluetooth.

    Arrived heavily damaged. Happened before shipping

    outer shipping box excellent so no damage in shipping but both the speaker box from the manufacturer and the box they put it in were heavily damaged before being shipped in large box. . Speaker looked like someone punched their fist through it. No way should this have been allowed to ship that way. Looked used.

    Good sound but not sure on reliability.

    Out of the box, aux port not working, usb connection dropping randomly and does not work until the unit is powered in and off, audio volume control has significant response delay. Might be a faulty one, all my other logitech products are really good. Sound quality is really good

    Want to change the plug?

    The power lead is permanently attached. If you wish to install the main unit on a shelf, which does not have room at the back to poke the plug through, you have two options: run the lead along the shelf, if you can reach the socket that way; or cut the plug off, pass the lead behind the shelf (modifying the shelf as necessary) and wire-on a new plug (available in a multi-pack from some websites). This is my plan, but I have to find an old plug or buy a new one or multi-pack, and I haven't got around to it.

    don't trust deliveries

    Terrible, even though the delivery was marked as accepted with just a photo of a package at our front door was in fact not delivered.. Customer service is response, too bad, no refunds no reships.. Your loss not our problem, filing fraud complaint. As item never recieved

    Doesn't live up to Logitech's legacy

    Speakers don't play nice over USB (cable not included; I've tried multiple), and frequently play all static. They're fine over wired or bluetooth, but just fine.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Light weight plastic, feels cheap. The Bluetooth volume controller has a long latency between inputs and volume effect. The sound was muddy. Lacked brilliant highs, had muddy lows. I returned these and ordered the wired set of speakers without Bluetooth. Very happy with other Logi speakers.

Initially I could not get my desktop to find the new device. I finally figured out that it was due to some Windows 10 software updates that had not been activated. Once I ran those updates, no issue.

    huge upgrade to our movie and gaming experience

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Part of me regrets getting these for my partner because i'm constantly wondering what the loud booms are in the house and then I remind myself that these speakers will have you feeling like you're in the movie or game you're watching. The bass is powerful and the speakers are amazing quality. It has totally changed our movie night experience. The control is awesome as we don't need to get out of bed anymore to change the volume and bass and I love that it can connect to multiple devices.

    I'll never go back

    No longer works after a year and a couple months

    Pretty much stopped working after a year (got January 2023 and here now it’s April 2024) and well … unfortunately there has been some recent power outages within 1-2 weeks time. When I tried gaming.. no sound and I have unplugged the power cord and plugged it back in. Also have tried the reset procedure. Nothing.
