Terrible Product and worse customer service
I purchased a Logitech C920E Business Webcam (similar to the C922) from Target for about $75, expecting reliable quality from a well-known brand. Unfortunately, the camera has been unusable since day one. The image is consistently dark — half my face appears shadowed — even in bright, even lighting. I tested it on both Mac and Windows, across Zoom, Google Meet, and Logi Tune, and compared it directly to my built-in laptop webcam. The built-in camera consistently produced better, more balanced images, which is unacceptable for a supposedly “business-grade” webcam. What’s worse than the poor image quality is the support process. I spent over three weeks exchanging emails and chat messages with Logitech support (ticket #16144451). I provided: Multiple screenshots comparing image quality. Several videos showing the issue. Proof of purchase and serial number. Despite all this, every response simply asked for another video or another test, with no real progress or resolution. I was repeatedly told the issue was under “internal review,” yet nothing was done. At this point, it’s clear Logitech is unwilling or unable to honor its warranty. A simple product replacement under warranty has turned into a month-long loop of redundant requests and scripted troubleshooting steps that go nowhere. If you’re considering buying this webcam, don’t. The quality is worse than most built-in laptop cameras, and Logitech’s support process is exhausting and unhelpful.

You should buy one!
Okay, I am NOT a movie maker, a streamer, or a social media user. This camera was required for school, and I'm glad I got it. The picture is very clear, the color is good, and the sound is warm (not tinny, or sharp, nor does it sound like you're speaking in a box). I have an older computer (Windows 8) but the camera set up right away. With a little tutoring from a Logitech customer service rep, recording & saving videos, making adjustments to the camera, and live feed for Zoom meetings were easy! (Those who are already tech-savy probably won't need help). The camera seems to work better when you're very close, less than 3 feet away, but it will pick up everything in a large room nicely. You'll find the picture quality improves with adequate lighting. The LogiCapture software is easy to navigate and use. The only drawback is that the camera gets hot really fast (and it has no privacy cover). Also the clip/stand doesn't hang from a monitor screen well at all. One little bump will send it flying. So you might want to set it flat on a table top or get a small stand for it. Summary: This camera is fun and very easy to use...you should buy one!

If you're going to get a webcam for Content creation or live streaming I recommend you spend the extra money and get something different because this just isn't worth the deal. I imagine this is great for kids who are just messing around or people who just need a simple webcam to Plug and Play and get on a meeting or something with. The overall color quality is not there and the greatness on the camera despite having an adequate lighting is disappointing.
