Bought this glass chairmat because we have carpeting all others were getting groves in them. Put new rubber wheels on our chair and we are sailing right along. Love this mat and it looks terrific...I'm very well satisfied.Total cost for both was only about $110.00.

I wasn't sure I was buying the right thing, but it worked out great.

Our purchase was smooth, packaging and delivery was perfect on this piece - while extremely sturdy, it does require special handling. We are very happy with the product's performance. I was skeptical of a glass chair mat because....well, it's glass. I decided to give it a try and began to shop pricing. WOW - I was surprised to to see them in excess of $400. But after a few searches, I found this product form School Specialty. It is exactly the same as the more expense options, but 4-5 times less in cost. I LOVE IT. It provides a great surface for my office chair with no buckling and bending like the cheap plastic versions. I was so pleased with it, that I bought one for a friend who was as skeptical as I was - she loves it too.

I am really enjoying my Glass Chair Mat. I picked the 44 X 50 inch and it makes life behind my desk so much more pleasant. No more of the plastic mat getting dents or holes in it from the chair wheels. I almost need brakes on my chair now. Try it you will like it.

We purchased this mat to use in our home office on medium-pile carpeting. It is absolutely the best! The mat stays in place and our chair glides over it. Took about 2 weeks or so to come. Maybe a tad longer? But we are so pleased! Ours sits over carpet and the chair glides over it with extreme ease and it looks very classy. Way less than the much higher priced competitor advertised on TV. Delivered to my door, packaged well and I highly recommend this product!

I purchased a highly rated glass alternative mat from Amazon before purchasing this one. Returned that one, purchased this Lorell Tempered Glass Charimat and am extremely satisfied. There is no alternative to tempered glass, and this one is a bargain for the price and quality.
