Q: I want to get this pouf but the reviews scare me that it will deflate. Any way to refill?

A: I got one as a gift, it’s beautiful, but my 10 year old sits on it a few times, it deflated in half... if I know that, I will not let him sit in it.

submitted byJojoW - 4 years agoA: I ordered two of these in December 2019 and they were completely deflated after a few months of light use. My husband and I are both small people, 105, and 135lbs. I have tried reshaping and letting them rest to see if they would regain shape and they do not.

Q: It is mis-shapen and squishy. It shows images of a hard packed pouf. Like you could rest a tray on it or your feet. Neither is possible and there is no way to purchase stuffing to add to it,. No opening or zipper. Where is the shape in the advertisement?

I thought these would be great, but they became flat soon after purchase. Also, my baby has been climbing them and his little hands rip off pieces of it without even trying. We thought he was tearing apart a cat tower but he was tearing apart this ottoman because the strings rip off so easily. We were in the ER the other night because of it

I got the teal and off white textured pouf and it’s great. I have a black and off white one from last year that I loved but my cats took it. It got saggy and they love it. Perfect pet bed, warm and cozy. Also, to everyone complaining about these things getting saggy over time, you have to buy refill polystyrene beads and refill every couple years as needed. That comfy polystyrene full compresses over time. It’s just basic maintenance for all lightweight poufs and bean bags.

Bought two of these to go with our new chairs, in lieu of the ottoman, as I was looking for a little statement piece and something comfortable. These are PERFECTION. They’re pouff like they’re supposed to, so far, have kept their shape and that’s with two toddlers jumping on them and sitting on them basically all the time. Everyone compliments them and it’s the first thing they mention about the room.

I just ordered two more of these as I already have one, and I am replacing it because my cats like to scratch it and it has gotten a lot flatter than when I originally ordered it. With that said, I've had it a year and it's not that bad, just wouldn't look good next to a brand new one. They fluff up well and my kids sit on it all the time so I'm not surprised. I love these poufs, they're a perfect size for a foot rest and are light weight to move around. The texture and color are super cute so for me, the price point makes them worth it, even if they don't last forever.

Looks like the picture. It’s firm and is level with the couch and chair.
We love this pouf. I would never buy it full price since it flattens really quickly but the kids still love to use it. It doesn't look great now that it has flattened. We've had it for a year.
