Best Non-Toxic Self Tanner

The best non toxic self tanner out there. Fades away so nice not blouchy. Wish they still sold the Dark shade in the purest loving tan since the others are toxic.

Not a pleasant smell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tanning products generally don’t smell the best, but this one is especially icky smelling. I really wanted to like it, but the smell and the lighter color tan made it less desirable than the original.

LOVE! (And I normally hate self-tanners!)

This stuff is supposed to be more natural than the other products and its line. The smell is not like your typical tanning lotion or nose, not very strong at all. Very easy to apply and the mousse helps with that. Inisenit on my dace as well and have not had any problems.

Self Tanner enthusiast! Purest is the best.

The smell is better than most of the loving tan products. Has a cocoa smell to it when applying. It dries quickly and you can put clothes on a few minutes after. I did not find it to be tacky or sticky. I love that is has better ingredients, it's so even and smooth when applying. I find other self tanners and other loving tan products leave streaks if you don't rub it in right away. The Purest one does not do that. The color is very dark which I love. I find it to be darker than the other Loving Tans. I've tried other brands but this beats them all! I do wish there was more product in the bottle. I highly recommend this!

One of my most LOVED products

The formula is easy to use, doesn't smell, looks very natural, and has better ingredients than most self tanners I have tried. I have personally never had an issue with streaking or looking orange. I use this tanner with the LT mitt.

Help…

I have used many self tanners. I saw this one was vegan (+ on sale at the time) so i gave it a whirl. The color is beautiful, but the tan is streaky. Its splotchy the next day, it literally looks like i purposely missed huge patches. I am exfoliating, moistrurizing, all the things. Am i doing something wrong?

Disappointed

Was looking forward to a more natural product with less chemicals but it doesn't show up! :( I have used the regular “dark” mousse color for years and the color is perfect. This product barely shows up and isn’t close to the other formula. Please formulate a natural product that shows up better!

It's decent but the OG loving tan is great

I got this one only because I realized the OG loving tan has red, yellow and blue dye I think in it. I don't want to be rubbing cancer all over my body so this was a better option. Smell isn't that great and it's not as dark as the OG

Love the color, hate the smell

I absolutely love the color this gives. 5/5 on the color. However, the smell is FOUL! I've tried & used probably 15 self tanners total in my life & none have ever smelled this bad. Idk what it is. I thought i'd get used to it the more i used it but just used the last of my bottle last night & i don't know if i can purchase again because the smell is just so bad.

I actually like it!

I’ve been using the medium shade of purest tan and I actually really like it. It goes on easy and it looks natural for my skin. I have a light skin shade. I can wear shorter dresses now which I’m happy about. If it gets on my sheets, it always washes off. The drying time isn’t fast and it’s kinda sticky so I apply it before bed. Other than that I like it!

BEST tan!

I have repurchased this sooooo many times! It leaves such a nice natural tan and DOES NOT get patchy! Take it from someone who has experimented with tons of different brands, this is my all time favorite.
