I can't understand all the bad reviews. This isnt thick cut strips but i dont prefer that anyway. I like.my bacon crispy but the hubby likes his still a little flexible. I manage to get his and mine done right every time. You don't notice much difference in taste but this is actually lower sodium then the nasty cardboard turkey bacon. So this wins hands down. I keep this stuff around for everything from breakfast to birgers to toss in pasta!
The lower sodium version is terrible.

I don't know why this is so bad. I could understand less sodium changing the flavor, but how does it have NO flavor, and why is the texture like cardboard? It's like vegan bacon except greasy. Even the cats aren't interested in it.

This bacon was absolutely terrible! It’s almost completely fat and so thin that it’s hard to remove from Packaging. Will buy Oscar Meyer next time. Ended up throwing this away

People complaining about this bacon act like they don't have eyes and can tell how thin or fat the package they grabbed is. The package I used my eyes to look at and picked out was exactly what I was looking for. It may be on the salty side but I'm cooking it with cabbage, so I just don't add additional salt. No problems here!

I don’t eat bacon a lot, but when I do I expect it to be crazy good. This bacon is not. Still better than turkey bacon, but that’s the only thing it beats.

This bacon is so paper thin you can't even pull it apart in pieces. It's one big clump that comes out in thin pieces. Maybe that's how it can be labeled low sodium, they slice it so thin you can see through it. Hard pass on this one.
