Luckily, I had all the pieces, but box came completely damaged with a big hole in it. It doesn’t seem to lock when it’s folded out which that would’ve been nice, but not a big deal at the moment since I’m just introducing.

When the box arrived it was inside a brown box. Upon opening, the box inside it is so badly mangled. Nothing was sealed in a bag and it looked like it was used! It doesn’t sit flat on the floor and it’s wobbly The seat is very hard. Target please get your stuff together. The stuff that’s been shipped to me always has issues. No seal, mangled, missing or used!

Didn't come with a seat pad 😔
I got it because of the great reviews, but the one I received did not come with a seat pad. The plastic cuts into my son's legs, and he won't sit on it for very long. I have to buy a toliet seat pad for it, unfortunately. It's not a useful item if my child won't sit on it. However, the chair is sturdy and would otherwise be great if not for the missing pad.

Stable and easy!!
Our daughter is small for her age, and we were looking for something to make her feel more secure on the "big girl" potty. This has been perfect!! The ladder is adjustable, which allowed me to fit the step to her height. The handles are also super nice so she has something to hold onto while she climbs up. It's also been really cute to see how excited she gets when we cross a task off of the reward chart... It's made her want to wash her hands!!

We got this potty training chair to help our daughter feel safe using the toilet by herself. She loves it, it’s sturdy and has a non slip step and it folds so it's great for when it's not in use. Our bathroom is not big so being able to fold it is a great plus

Potty trainer 
The Lulyboo Bathtub has simplified bath time for us. Its collapsible feature is fantastic for storage, the quality is far superior to other brands we've tried, and the hot water indicator is the best safety feature i could ask for. I really recommend it !

My boy love his new toilet seat!
This is such a game changer in our little one’s potty training process and he really likes this toilet seat! Its easy to install and easy to store , i love the splash guard that helps keep the toilet area clean and the base has a non slip that makes it easy for my boy to climb with no problem. And the fun potty tracking chart become our little game! Great buy, I definetly recommand it!
