Description

The LUXE Bidet® NEO 185 Plus is a cold water model from our newest line of innovative mechanical bidets. It's equipped with dual wash nozzles along with water pressure & mode selection knobs that are simple to operate.

NEO Plus Series bidets feature an advanced 360° self-clean mode, an EZ-Lift design for improved cleanability, and faster slide-in installation. NEO Plus Series bidets have all the great features of the NEO Series, and more.

For LUXE Customers upgrading from a NEO to a NEO Plus Series bidet, please use the new parts included with your kit. NEO Plus Series bidets come with standard 3/8" fittings, which are different from those on original NEO Series bidets.

Q: How do I get warm water?

  • A: Thanks for your question. The NEO 185 model is a cold water model and does not have hot water connections. If you are interested in a model with warm water, we would recommend our NEO 320 which comes with parts and inner valves that allow you to connect to both cold and hot water.

    Good for the job

    Has gotten some cracks in the first year but still works great, I like this model a lot more because it raises up to be cleaned easier and the “nozzle clean” feature is also very nice. Got a new one sent because of the cracks so very happy with my purchase. Will continue to recommend this one!

    One of my best and satisfying purchases .

    Love it. I wish I would have bought one Earlier in life. I’ve never felt cleaner after using the toilet. with the cost of toilet paper this will pay for itself in 3 months.

    Easy to install, works well

    Easy to install for someone with no plumbing knowledge, water pressure variation is good. There isn't much of a different in the "feminine" setting though - you have to adjust your positioning when using it to get your front and mid undercarriage clean. So I think it's more of a gimmick than anything, but I use it anyway, because it's there.

    Don’t leave home without it, I wish.

    I just upgraded to the NEO Plus. I really like the lift up design for cleaning under it. It replaced my basic NEO that developed a crack at an attachment point. Their support team gave me credit toward the replacement. I can’t say enough good things about how they stand behind their products. Luxe’s bidets are awesome and I truly miss mine when I travel.
