The LUXE Bidet® NEO 185 Plus is a cold water model from our newest line of innovative mechanical bidets. It's equipped with dual wash nozzles along with water pressure & mode selection knobs that are simple to operate.
NEO Plus Series bidets feature an advanced 360° self-clean mode, an EZ-Lift design for improved cleanability, and faster slide-in installation. NEO Plus Series bidets have all the great features of the NEO Series, and more.
For LUXE Customers upgrading from a NEO to a NEO Plus Series bidet, please use the new parts included with your kit. NEO Plus Series bidets come with standard 3/8" fittings, which are different from those on original NEO Series bidets.

Should have done this years ago!
This was something I should have bought years ago. It was relatively easy to install. I was so surprised by the ease of installation. The product works great. I feel much cleaner down there.

Refreshing and clean
So far so good. Looks great, even on our green toilet, works well. I thought that maybe the cold water would be a problem, but it's really not. One word of caution, if you live in a manufactured home, it's a little hard to install because of the way the water lines come in. You do not need to buy flexible tubing, but everything is really tight and it's hard to then shut the water off to the toilet. Otherwise, we're enjoying our bidets. One for each bathroom.

Does the job and seems quality.
Just installed today. Great directions. Easy installation. Only complaint is the provided wrench didn’t fit. It says it’s a 3/8” but it’s more like 3/4. I didn’t need it though, I was able to snug the hoses by hand with the included thumb nut type tighteners. I’m a larger lady and I noticed on first use that, unlike some, the controls are very close to the seat. But it still works.
