Q: How do I get warm water?

submitted by Maya - 3 months ago

  • A: Thanks for your question. The NEO 185 model is a cold water model and does not have hot water connections. If you are interested in a model with warm water, we would recommend our NEO 320 which comes with parts and inner valves that allow you to connect to both cold and hot water.

Thrilled with the new design. It makes the rear of the nozzles easy to clean. This is my third purchase Luxe purchase.

    It works!

Easy to install with minimal issues. The feminine wash has pretty strong pressure, I wish the rear was had the same pressure. Nonetheless, it gets the job done!

    Good, not great

It doesn't slide around anymore using the Neo seat, but it's weird having that thing stick out the back. Not sure it'll be a long-term thing because of that. Other than that, yeah, nice.

Install instructions unclear and hard to follow

I bought the Neo 185 Plus bidet and the Luxe toilet seat, thinking that would make install easier... I was mistaken. The instruction packet for the toilet seat didn't match the bidet mounting hardware. It wasn't until I watched an uncaptioned video on the project page that I could successfully get the bidet installed with the seat. The nozzles on the bidet do not have adjustable angles; that is why this comes with the dual-nozzle. I find that the regular wash nozzle is way too far back... I tried sliding the whole bidet forward, but it made the feminine wash nozzle spray right out the front of the toilet bowl. I gave up and pushed it back, and figured out a system to get the most out of the bidet. First bidet, much less irritation from wiping now.

Great product, good design improvements over older ones

Everything in this world is falling apart, except for my new NEO185 LUX Bidet! It's bad enough, all the... poo... our brains and bodies are forced to cope with every day, but with a LUXE Bidet, you'll at least have some squeaky clean and comfy naughty bits!

    Very Nice

I got my new Bidet about two weeks ago. The one I replaced, I had for 20 years. There's some nice differences in the two. The new one has hinges to lift up the platform for cleaning, which is nice. I think the older one was a better width because it's stuck out a little bit more on the side and was easier to work the knobs than the new one. but that's not a big deal. I was also able to upgrade to two water nozzles instead of one. I'm very happy with my new Bidet

Great product, easy install. Worth it.

Love it! Upgraded to the 185 plus neo and it's been great. Install was pretty simple. I wanted to try one of the shutoff valve options with it, but the metal T fixture didn't work great with my plastic (?) toilet tank attachment, so just stuck with the original attachments.

    Amazing

I have had 3 bidets in my bidet lifetime lol, all have been unique in there own way. I chose to purchase this specific one because it had the lift option to clean behind the nozzles! I'm so glad I did, works like a charm! Not only does the toilet bowl get completely sanitized now but the control section gets a 360 clean as well! I have never had this option before and will never go back! Also the slim design of this particular bidet is great, it was so simple to install as well. I did it myself in 8 mins! Don't waste your money on the expensive ones, this is the right choice! I would give it 10 out of 10!

    Good and a little bad.

Love the product and have worked to put one in each bathroom. The problem I have is the LUXE Toilet Seat Bumpers I bought with my last purchase. These did not stay attached. The adhesive stuck and stayed on the seat but the adhesive separated from the bumpers. The bumpers fell off. Luxe has a problem if their product separates from itself (adhesive from bumper).
