A: Thanks for your question. Our NEO Plus series are an upgraded version from the regular NEO Series. It has U-shaped hinges that allow you to slide the bidet under the toilet seat for quick installation and flip the bidet up for easy access to cleaning. A: Thanks for your question! The bidet comes with a hot water hose and hot water adapter that connect under the sink. The hot water hose is 10 ft long, but we have longer hoses available in 16 ft and 32 ft if needed.

So far it's been a game changer. Will eventually upgrade to a fully integrated bidet but this Luxe bidet is just 1-step down from those $$$-fancy models & so much more affordable. All it's missing is a drying feature. Love that it has the option to clean the girly-bits & a 'clean nozzle' feature as well. Money well spent.

Incorrect documentation
Your customer support was exceptional as they provided me with two replacement units. The main problem I had is that the picture in the installation guide is incorrect showing which end of the cold water hose went into the bidet in which end went into the cold water intake.

I’ve been using the Luxe Bidet for two weeks. I have to say it’s pretty good. Its water jets are powerfull and adjustable. The temperature is also adjustable. I definitely would recommend this to my family and friends.

Love the lever control!
This bidet works amazingly well for how simple it is mechanically (just water pressure, no batteries/electric plug needed). I used to sell the fancy electric bidet all-in-one seats at my job, but I never could justify the cost, and didn't have a plug near the toilet. I found this design through a lot of research and think it solves so many issues: it can be placed without removing the seat, can be used with an existing seat, can lift out of the way for easy cleaning, and no cords/charging required. It was fairly easy for me to install on my own; it took about half an hour working slowly to unhook and rehook the hoses, then just tighted everything by hand (and I'm not super strong). The front and back sprays are perfectly aimed and work very well, easy to switch between. Glad I went with the lever version instead of the knob because the lever allows control of the pressure from the moment you turn it on, so you can choose from gentle to full blast. I don't have a hot water connection nearby, so I just used the cap to seal that off, and it works perfectly with just cold water: it's refreshing! Highly recommend!
