The LUXE Bidet® NEO 320 Plus is a warm water model from our newest line of innovative mechanical bidets. It's equipped with dual wash nozzles along with a mode selection knob and a lever that can control the water temperature & pressure.
NEO Plus Series bidets feature an advanced 360° self-clean mode, an EZ-Lift design for improved cleanability, and faster slide-in installation. NEO Plus Series bidets have all the great features of the NEO Series, and more.
For LUXE Customers upgrading from a NEO to a NEO Plus Series bidet, please use the new parts included with your kit. NEO Plus Series bidets come with standard 3/8" fittings, which are different from those on original NEO Series bidets.

Install was not 10 minutes, and required some modifications because of the type of toilet seat I have. Could be a bit sturdier too (plastic flexes when using the adjustment lever), but otherwise works fine.

I have three different bidets, from hand ones to installation kits, I ordered the NEO320 and after installing and using, I am ordering two more immediately!! This is my second Luxe bidet; an upgrade to Neo 320 for cold and hot water feature. I absolutely love the device. Clean and fresh feeling after use. It was also an easy install. Can’t imagine my bathroom without a bidet ever again!

This 320 plus replaced one that I already had installed it went in very easily and the product is by far one of the best that I've ever used keep up the good work your product is great, the plus model is by far better for cleaning.
