There are many options to choose from and it is definitely a step up from an entry level paddle. I would not say this is professional, but it is much better than the original one I started with. The white outline is so beautiful. And the blue colors are beautiful as well. I love the way the grip fits in my hand. It has a nice White tennis grip on it. And I especially love the thickness of the paddle. It is much thicker than the one I had before. It is only one one side and the other side of the racket is a very nice blue color. The handle is a nice size, comfortable to hold and not at all sticky like some handles can feel. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I still consider myself a novice pickleball player and haven’t invested too much so my equipment is considered beginner quality. My current paddles have been working fine for me because I didn’t know any better but, oh my goodness, what a difference a quality paddle makes when playing and handling. First off, the Luzz handle grip is far superior than what I’m using now. It is so comfortable and the wrapping is flat and shock absorbing. The weight distribution is much more equal and it’s not top heavy like my current one. Also, the designs are fantastic. This paddle is a great value because it’s priced middle of the road but the quality is excellent. I went with the basic black but it’s still really sharp looking and I know I’m the envy of all my friends because it looks good and my play has improved with this new paddle. The surface is not super smooth, the is a small amount of gritty texture, which will likely help improve my play!! The reverse side of the picture is a plain navy blue color. The color is a black/deep dark gray and looks top notch. The paddle is made of T700 carbon fiber so it is very light weight and when hitting the ball it has a crisp beat on the board. The wide paddle has a very nice and comfortable handle for a long game and/or a hot day where your hands will get sweaty. This comes at a great value and makes me feel like a real pro player. I tried this paddle and paired it with the Luzz’s weighted adhesive tape stripes and it works great. I now have the weight of a wooden paddle with the quality of a carbon fiber paddle. The paddle face has a lot of grip, which means I’m able to easily put some spin on the ball when serving or volleying. The handle is also very soft and sturdy. The price is affordable and the variety of designs on the paddle is plentiful. The handle has a nice wide squishy grip, making it easy to play for long periods of time. There is a rough sandpaper finish for extra friction to really whack the ball! This brand has tons of accessories from carrying your paddle to keeping it safe in padded cases.
