Madden NFL 21 - PlayStation 4/5

The game play is bare bones no resources went to any mode but mut it felt thrown together the servers are buggy and laggy and SO MANY GLITCHES

All new you have all new players graphics are great and QB's are faster now and the yard the best. franchise is the best pick your team with new players and make your own or ultimate team I got a 93 ovr and a 91 ovr better luck then 20 I'm a huge fan of madden and this is the best

I like the game a lot more than I expected. The career mood is super fun to play. But I’ve never played or owned a NFL game before so I can’t compared its previous games. The only downside is that sometimes the game logs me off of my account so I can’t play till the account reconnects.

Graphics look great, still the same game but with a few tweaks.

My boys, 13 and 11, think this game is great! They’ve played it all day and love the fact that it’s like the Show MLB game and start when you’re in high school.

Amazing game, I mainly play franchise mode and it's great. Very similar gameplay to last years game but the graphics are better, the moves RB's & WR's make are quicker/they don't slow down as much to juke (more realistic), and if you love madden all I can say is you'll be happy with this game. Definitely worth buying!

way better then madden 20. madden 21 is a upgrade

Horrible game but I was already prepared for it . The game been bad since 19 in my opinion and gets worse every year. I didn’t pay full price for 20 or 21 because I already knew!! Word of encouragement if u want the game wait till it goes on sell .. I did!

It’s poorly designed and is the same game as previous years only with more glitches. Consider buying Madden 2003-2005 instead haha

Worst Madden game ever. Same game as last year's and gameplay sucks

As someone who was able to get early access to this game, if you were a fan of 20 you might like 21. However, if you have played any Madden in the last couple of years then this game won't feel any different. The graphics are nearly the same, with the addition of some improved face scans to make certain players look more accurate. Unfortunately, the graphics are still worse than other sports games like the NBA2K series. The commentary is essentially the same as Madden 20 with a few extra new voice lines. The gameplay is a slight improvement due to new tackle animations and more realistic movement. However, this still doesn't mean the gameplay is good. Fundamental football techniques don't work, you can run certain plays that can't be stopped due to poor programming, the offensive line is awful, etc. The gameplay can work well and be very fun, but those moments are few and far between. The main issue with gameplay is the over reliance on animations. Once an animation starts, you can't override it, which takes a lot of realism out of the game. Older football games were physics-based, making everything seem fair. In Madden, if you get the wrong animation then you can't do anything about it. Nearly every game mode is the same. Career mode is a slight upgrade from last year, mostly due to the fact that 20's career mode was terrible. Ultimate Team, Superstar KO, and Franchise are the same. However, EA has said they will update Franchise later this year. The Yard is a nice game mode for more casual play. One of the main issues in this game is mircrotransactions. Ultimate Team and the Yard both encourage you to spend real money on top of what you payed for the game. If you don't spend money in Ultimate Team you will be at a competitive disadvantage. However, microtransactions for the Yard are cosmetic only. In conclusion, the game will seem fun and refreshing from the last Madden, at first. However, you'll soon realize that the core issues are still there and no big steps were taken to improve the game. I wouldn't recommend buying this game unless you're a big Madden fan or you find the game at a discount.
