I work overnight, so getting off from work and making breakfast can be a bit a too much for me. I have one of these with a bowl of yogurt with fruit and I'm set until lunch. I also like that they are individually wrapped so packing them in my husband lunch bag is easy and convenient.

These are freaking delicious! Legit when I took my first bite I couldn't help but say "mmmmm" LOL They remind me of a condensed apple crumble muffin. So they're much smaller in size than a regular muffin, but they're packed in. Super flavorful, wholesome CLEAN ingredients. I love all the apple pieces inside. I'll definitely be keeping these on deck!

These muffins were decent overall. I initially really appreciated the organic aspect of this treat/ meal replacement. The apple flavor was nice, just not as strong as I expected. The texture was a little on the dry and crumbly side, so I definitely needed a sip of coffee or water with it. Not bad, but not something I’d crave every morning.

They offer a good source of fiber as well as Vitamins Cand D. They are nut and gluten free, certified organic, and Allergy friendly as they are made in a dedicated facility free from: peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, egg, wheat & gluten, soy, sesame, fish & shellfish. This is an individually wrapped hearty muffin that is made with real fruit, whole grains, and delicious toppings. Each muffin has 140 calories, 2g protein, 8g total sugars, and 22g carbs. The muffin is a small muggin that can be eaten in 4 to 6 bites. The mini muffin has a paper wrapper on each one. The crumble on top of the muffin was not really a crumble which I really enjoyed. Crumble toppings usually fall off so easily and this did not so you could enjoy the crumble with each bite. I found the taste of the muffin to be a good flavor. The muffin was rather dry though and that did make it difficult to chew and swallow without a beverage to help it down. If the muffins were not so dry they would be really good. However, being as dry as they were made them harder to eat.

I was impressed with how delicious they smelled right when I opened the package. The only thing I don’t love is that they are kind of small and you don’t get many in a box.
