I am only taking away a star due to the price. Otherwise, this toy was a lot of fun! This is really a one time toy so the cost is a bit high. I bought two of these for my 8 & 5 year old girls and got them for $35ea (which I still feel is a little high). The process of getting to the doll reveal was fun & exciting! My girls haven’t really played with the doll since the reveal but have used the mirror for it’s fortune teller feature a few times. I’m really just not sure where to keep these mirrors now..

Reveal didn’t work. We have the magic mixie cauldron, magic lamp, crystal ball…all reveals have worked except this one. The mirror was suppose to flip around to reveal the doll but it just cracked open a tiny bit instead. I had to mess with the handle in the back to get it to open up manually so we could get to the doll. Big disappointment for $40+. I was hoping the fortune teller feature would make up for the reveal malfunction but it just cycles between several different responses to yes or no questions. I was not impressed. My girl loves the doll though.

My daughter was so excited to receive this from Santa, but the reveal was so disappointing because there was no doll in the case! The confetti popped, the mirror spun around, and there was a spot for the doll… but no doll. We even looked inside the case to see if it had fallen somehow, but no, just no doll. I really hope we can fix this for her. This was a gift she was really hoping for.

Very easy directions given by the mirror. Doll flips around and pops out at the end while confetti shoots in the air. Very cool. Now the magic mirror toy after the doll comes out. EHHHH. Not a fan. It’s a magic 8 ball basically. Hate the price. I got mine on sale. I would never pay $60 for this.

She has done the original Magic Mixies with the cauldron before, so this was new and exciting! Super cute packaging, and I'm not quite sure what the pricepoint will be on this, but it seems like a fun toy, an updated version of a magic 8 ball...magic mirror. Definitely will be this year's Christmas "IT" toy.

She loved that it was interactive and that there was confetti! I love that you can reuse the mirror to store the doll and accessories and that you can reveal the doll over and over again! It is a little difficult to get the doll back in place to re-reveal her which is why I’m giving 4 stars.

We’ve already been a fan of the Magic Mixies line so this was right up our alley. The magic mirror is substantial and is a great size. I read through the directions first because it was a little bit confusing as to how to start this. The mirror is labeled with different tabs that correspond to the written directions. A kid will definitely need a parent to assist. The magic to get the gym, and the overall surprise of the confetti launch was a hit! my daughter loved the doll that came with it. The thing I was not a fan of is you cannot redo the confetti launch as it states in the directions unless you were to stack up each piece individually, which I don’t think any parent or kid is going to. Overall a great product which I am sure will be popular this holiday season!

My granddaughter has been having so much fun with this! It's so futuristic and neat! Yeah it's on the higher end cost wise but if taken care of properly, it'll definitely make every penny worth it!
