I normally dont like yohimbe but this stuff doesnt have the same effect as straight yohimbe, I like it. The label says the serving size is 3 pills. I took 2 at first and it was too much, I was very wired but it did have a good effect. Next time I took 1 pill and it worked great with almost no side effect. Now that I am used to it I can take up to 3 pills with almost no uncomfortable side effects. If I take 3 pills, I usually start with 2 then take the third and hour later so the effect lasts longer. Anyway, I love this stuff because it works very well and doesnt have the terrible yohimbe side effect.

I really liked it, it does what they say it does. " invigorates men's s**ual response" The label says the serving is 3 pills, I started with 2. This product was something new for me. I took 3 tablets with a meal after about an hour i felt like i was going to crawl out of my skin. The yohimbe bark extract affected me more than i thought it would. So i will take a smaller dose and see what happens. Maybe i will get the desired effects. Watch out if you are yohimbe bark sensitive.
