First item sent didn’t work. Requested an exchange but had to return and reorder. Original order was large enough for free shipping. Exchange order charged shipping. Customer service couldn’t resolve and gave me a phone number to call for customer care. I have a better idea. Order someplace that still provides customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this as a baby shower gift and it was perfect. We were always on the move and always needed something small but entertaining that could be easily transported and clipped to my carrier when out and about. My daughter loved it!

This was a gift for my 4 month old granddaughter and was a hit . Only wished it played music instead of the vibration but still very cute .
