This salad was awful. Had NO flavor of bourbon or maple, but tasted like honey mustard and it was mainly shredded broccoli….we chunked it after a few bites. Would not recommend at all.

I’m a big fan of many of the bagged salad mix kits out there (Thai mango - yes)! However this one was a no from me. It has all the worst versions of the flavors advertised: the “bourbon” flavor is overwhelmingly alcohol tasting, bacon is overwhelmingly artificial smoke (and I have a good tolerance for the liquid smoke stuff), and the maple flavor was way too sweet. This salad has zero acid to it. The freshness of the salad is good though. No issues there.

This is SUCH a great salad kit - my kids even love it. Great mix of textures and flavors, and goes with just about anything. It's been seen less and less at my local Target, and when I look at other stores, most of them are out too. Hope it's a supply issue and not being discontinued. Fingers crossed!

There was shredded plastic in my salad. it was NOT from the pagaging. I chewed on it and almost swallowed it thinking it was an onion peel, I removed it from my mouth, still thinking it was a tough onion, but discovered it was plastic. This is a choking hazard.

This is a really good salad. I used it as a base and added real bacon, chicken breast, pea pods, garden-fresh red lettuce and pepitas. I wish the dressing was just a tad sweeter so next time I will add a little real maple syrup. Would buy again.

The only flavor we could taste in this salad was ONION. and not the sweet, yummy, vidalia kind of onion. Instead, it was the kind of onion that is so gross and overpowering that everyone kept complaining about it all night long, and even the next day.

The slaw salad and dressing combo was very tasty. The toppings or lack there of - include a teaspoon of nuts and bacon which is very sparse and is really only sufficient for 25% of the bag.
