I bought 2 frozen Salisbury Steak dinners and finished the first meal last night and second meal tonight. The meals were ok but there were several slivers of bone in each one. Other than that the meals were just ok.

With so many negative replies, I am changing my mind about Marie Callender‘s Salisbury steak. The only thing I have had. and buy. frequently is the pot pies. They are pretty good. Guess I’ll stick to those.

Bone spurs. This is my 4th time finding small chunks of bone in the meat, and I've been pretty patient for the previous 3. Marie Callender's is a fine brand and I really like most of their products, so I feel pretty disappointed that one of my old favorites is so wildly inconsistent.

I bought 3 Salisbury Steak combo meals (on sale) and only ate the potatoes/mac & cheese. I thought your name brand does not deserve the steak associated with your company due to really tasting like dog food. I did not even let my dogs eat the steak and threw the other 2 meals in the garbage. Your "chef staff" should be fired. Very disappointed. You can do better, hopefully!

I was not impressed with this meal by Marie Callender's. I cooked this in the oven hoping it would taste better than being microwaved, but it was not good. The sauce of the Salisbury steak was almost fishy tasting. There is a high amount of sodium in this meal as well. For the price, I would not recommend this meal to anyone. Super disappointing, as everything else I've tried from this brand has been wonderful!

Boy, have you people changed your food in your dinners ~ I had this one for dinner last night and I was shocked ~ VERY DELICIOUS! the meat and potatoes were excellent and completely different than the last time I had this dinner. Even the gravy was great, along with the mac & cheese. I commend you for upgrading your dinners and I will now try other ones to see how much better they probably are now ! ! !

I love Marie calendars. I just wish the packaging was different than Michelinis. I used to get confused because they were both green packaging. But when I ate it I knew the difference. I definitely know now. Their food is delicious.

I buy frozen dinners to have for lunch at work that I can pop in the microwave. Salisbury Steak is my favorite. However this brand so not very good. The potatoes and mac and cheese are good but the steak is awful, the consistency is like spam, not like ground beef seems very heavily processed. I will not buy this again.

I have been happy with Marie Cal-lender’s pot pies so decided to try the Salisbury steak dinner. What a disappointment!!! For starch it had both mac&cheeseand potatoes. Please. Just one or the other. The meat was not tasty. Also, it lacked the texture of good meat. I tried it as a specially priced “try me”. Not again.

Got hooked on these when I was pregnant. It’s really good for a frozen dinner. I just wish the portion was bigger because that steak is very small.
