Poorly packaged, arrived damage
I would have been somewhat pleased with the purchase,( in spite of Leman’s adding an additional $30 to the purchase), but Leman’s unwisely packed a heavy pitcher INSIDE of the basin. Consequently the basin arrived cracked through and through. Then the support person claimed it wasn’t their responsibility because they mistakenly blamed it on Amazon. (I had purchased the same type of pitcher on Amazon but since I didn’t have my paperwork Leman’s “conveniently passed it off). I DID make the purchase through Leman’s. I’m quite sure they have a record of the purchase but the person on the support line did not bother to check. Incredibly dissatisfied doing business with Leman’s.
