Highlights

CONTENTS: Pack of 4 glass weights for keeping vegetables submerged during the fermentation process.
KEEPS VEGGIES IN BRINE: A critical step in making healthy and delicious fermented food is keeping the veggies submerged in the brine to prevent spoilage. These beautiful glass stones keep veggies out of the open air inside the jar.
PERFECT IN REGULAR MOUTH MASON JARS: All of Masontops' accessories are engineered to function perfectly with mason jars, and our fermentation weights are no exception. They are the ideal weight and dimensions to fit your regular mouth mason jars.
FINGER GRIP LIFT OUT: Easily remove the pickle pebble with the handy finger grips.
FOOD-SAFE, NON-POROUS SODA LIME GLASS: Pickle Pebbles are made of certified, lead-free, food-grade soda lime glass. The glass is non-porous and made of the same high quality glass as Mason jars.
DIMENSIONS: Pickle Pebbles measure 2.1" in diameter by x 1.1" high.
CARE: Washing Pickle Pebbles by hand with soap and water is recommended. They can also be washed in the dishwasher in the top rack as long as no extreme heat setting (ex. steam) is on. Pickle Pebbles are not intended for boiling or heat-processing.
Imported from China

Description

Masontops Pickle Pebbles ensure vegetables stay submerged under the liquid brine during the fermentation process to prevent mold spoilage. They're perfectly weighted for Mason jar use: only one Pickle Pebble is needed per ferment! Pickle Pebbles are non-porous and completely food safe, so they do not absorb or release contaminants. And they're made of crystal-clear soda lime glass like the jars themselves, giving you a transparent view of the fermentation process inside the jar. These handy weights also feature small finger grip grooves for easy removal. When your pickled creations are ready for tasting, simply pinch the finger grip on top of the glass stones and lift out for quick and easy removal. Pickle Pebbles are simply perfect mason jar fermentation weights.

Masontops is the world's leading manufacturer of mason jar accessories of all kinds, including custom-designed fermentation tools that make home fermenting fun and easy for novices and experts alike.
