I think this is the best probiotic out there. I've tried several other brands. It also works well for my husband and brother. Yes, I highly recommend this product. And, of course, you can always find the most fresh product and best prices at Swanson Vitamins.

I've researched probiotics and done my homework. Theralac is simply the only probiotic that contains the amount of colony forming units (CFU) recommended by several doctors. Theralac is one of the few products recommended by Dr. Russell Blaylock, renowned brain surgeon and nutritional specialist.

One of the most ineffective and most expensive probiotic. I used it for months after seeing recommendation on swanson's website but a complete waste of mony. I tried too many probiotics and all were certainly better than this product.

After trying about every probiotic that has crossed my path I saw this one. It sounded good and I was hoping it would be of help. If it did help it was minimal and not noticeable. I know probiotics are beneficial and would like to find one that would be of help. The search is on but I've about given up. Others may not have had my experience, we are all so different.

I've been using Theralac for years (since I saw it highly touted on a forum I frequent). It took several months but I can feel a difference. It's expensive initially but after the loading phase, the cost is similar to most better probiotics. You only need to take it twice a week for the long term. A bottle will last 15 weeks. To me it's worth the cost to have great gut health.
