Bogus invalid card
DO NOT BUY THIS CARD. Spent $106 for a gift that can be used. The giftee could not activate the card because it is an invalid card. The phone number on the back of the card hangs up on you and the website for the card issuer is invalid. Target will not back up the item they sold and so we are out the money. We barely shop at Target as is and now this seals the deal. Shame on Target for selling an item they know to be a scam. Next stop is the FTC.

Gift Card
If I could give it a 0 I would. I was scammed and went to return it and I was told I had to call their number. I called their number and the number said I needed to contact the merchant I purchased from, so I went back to the merchant and they gave me another number to call. I have to call in the morning but I’m pretty upset with the run around and everything being up in the air. I just think because this has been an ongoing problem Target would have already fixed this or found a way to protect what they are selling. It’s just an inconvenience.

Fraudulent gift card
If I could give this one star I would. Bought this gift cards for my daughter to take on a trip to universal. Both packages look good, it tempered with, #s adding up, all stickers and tabs on it. When we opened them to use them the last 4 #s were missing as well as the cvv. Talked to target, they "verified" that it was rung up successfully and they have me a # to Master card saying it was out of their hands and they couldn't do anything about it. Like you guys SOLD ME FRAUDULENT GIFT CARDS!! Now i have to go through this whole ordeal just to get my own money back and it was really inconvenient because my daughter didn't have the spending money for the trip.

As others have said, the card does not work. I received as an e-gift card and everywhere I’ve tried using online has been declined. SOOO frustrating. Wish I would have paid attention to the reviews before I purchased!

I quickly was able to use it for Steam on PC for $86, but then lost $13 on unauthorized transactions. Yeah so, best save money and buy with your own cash or gift a friend with your cash. Avoid these type of gift cards.

Info you should know...
Just fyi… if you use at a restaurant or delivery place you have to have 20% for tip available on the card because it automatically assumes the most you tip is that. If you don’t tip the full 20% it will refund the remaining back. Same with gas stations etc. FYI … you can use yours or the person who bought its zip code … This card is best for shopping at stores or paying a bill. If the card is placed on hold - call them up. They will mail you a check within 3 weeks did for me.

Bought it at the store, opened it two days later. Security code and half of the card numbers were scratched off. I will never leave a store ever again without opening a gift card immediately onsite to ensure validity.
