I washed it with soap and dried it before and after use. I wish it had as case to store it in. It does the job well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested this knife out on some watermelon and it worked out so well. Usually I have to use two different knives, one for cutting open the melon and one for slicing the fruit. However, this worked great for both! It was very comfortable in my hands and cut everything effortlessly. The knife is long enough to cut through the rind but not too long that I couldn’t slice the fruit into pieces inside. It was recommended to hand wash, which I have no issues with as it’s very easy to clean. I think you can put it in the dishwasher, but it might affect the longevity of the handle.

I was able to sliced different thickness of meat the particular meat I use at that time was a brisket. So the overall performance of the carving knives was great I would highly recommend I will be looking into the overall collection
