Hi! I ordered the topper directly from your website because it said it would arrive by Thursday last week. A day or two after I ordered it an update was sent saying it would not arrive until Friday. I left Friday morning to the destination where I was planning to take the mattress topper. I didn’t get to take it because it arrived too late. I would have ordered from someone else as there were other companies that would have delivered their product several days faster. I preferred trying your product and since it said it would be here in time, I ordered it. Maybe lesson learned for me to not cut it close like that! I don’t know when I will visit that location next but it may be in several months. After I finally get to use it in several months from now, can I still return it if there are any problems with it? I don’t want to unbox it now, because I won’t be able to transport it to the place I’ll use it due to it’s large size once it unrolls.

We are seniors, both my husband & I suffer from back aches and joint pain. We've been sleeping on the topper for 7 days now. It met my expectations and then some. It added height obviously and is also comfortable. I don't sink in, I don't find it difficult to move, it's supportive at the same time as being soft and comfortable. I also added a water-proof mattress cover yesterday to protect our investment. No complaints, no overheating while sleeping, the whole experience has been positive. The only surprise was the weight of the box when the topper arrived-we needed assistance to get it up to our bedroom, and placed on the bed. BTW there was absolutely no smell, and the topper expanded within a few minutes. Highly recommend.

Tried it for a week and did not get a single night of decent sleep on it. I’m not used to sleeping on foam, and while this was comfortable when I didn’t move, I tend to turn over a few times a night and this sounds odd but turning over took an effort. So much so that I was woken up enough that it took some time to get back to sleep. I’m a fit 50-year old man, turning over in bed shouldn’t be a struggle to get out of the foam hole that my 175 lbs created.

The topper is a well built, quality product. Shipping was fast. I purchased it because I was experiencing lower back pain that I attributed to my old mattress, which was soft and saggy. I was looking for a firm topper, and this one is not it, unfortunately. It is not a product issue; I should have done more research, asked more question before I bought it.
