The main things I love about it is that it is light weight, easily unpack and packs back up and also has a clean modern design. It is simple to unfold and snap into place. The mattress cleans easily which is also a major plus. Earlier in the month we used the bassinet attachment for our baby to sleep, but she recently started rolling so our current trip (right now for christmas) we have her sleeping in the large play yard on the full mattress and it is working great. The mesh walls are breathable which satisfies one of our biggest concerns with sleep spaces During the day we occasionally use it to lay her in when we need to step away and have her nap and also let the twins play in. Anothwr bonus was that we use the top bassinet piece as a changing table so we dont have to do it on the floor. Overall I am very satisfied with this play yard. Although my favorite feature is how lightweight it is! I was surprised by how noticeably light it was- whether carrying it around in the bag or moving it once it’s set up. It would be great for travel because of how lightweight it is. As of now I’ve mostly been using it in our living room as an extra sleep/changing area for our newborn. I’m excited to take it on a trip with us though. I know the bassinet will come in handy. I’d recommend this as a great play yard!

In the photos, I’ve placed a stretchy mini crib sheet over the mattress. While it fits fairly well, I would love to see the brand offer washable mattress covers in different colors to match the play yard’s aesthetic. It would be both practical and a nice way to personalize the look. When it comes to everyday use, the lightweight design is a big plus, but I do wish it had wheels to make repositioning it even easier from room to room. This would pair especially well with how light it already is and would make quick adjustments during the day that much easier. When folded for storage or travel, the play yard stays compact and easy to lift; however, the handles on the storage bag are just a bit too short, which makes it slightly awkward to carry. It’s not a dealbreaker, just something I noticed during real-world use. Overall, this feels like a premium play yard designed with real homes and real routines in mind. It’s sturdy without being heavy, easy to move, and visually appealing enough to leave out when people come over. It’s definitely a standout option for families who want something functional that also looks great in their space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon first opening the box the thing that stood out the most to me was the thick padding on the mattress insert. Where most play yards have very thin cushioning this was thick, yet firm so there's no worry of suffocation. It also unzips splitting it into two, so the mattress can comfortably fit in the bassinet section. When I was putting together the bassinet section I had a tough time getting the clips on, but that could be because it was new, being as the second time was a tad easier. I absolutely loved this style, the color, along with the look of wooden legs fits the aesthetic of my living room completely. The frame is lightweight with a slight padding feel to the top edge to keep teething children safe from injury. The material overall is very soft and easy to wipe away any spit up or drool. As for the larger pen part, although I felt it's safer to have the mattress insert to velcro underneath the pen it was fairly difficult to get the strips through the little holes in a timely manner to a demanding baby. As for the bassinet option, it is a tad higher than most play yards keeping my baby close by while he sleeps comfortably inside. Now, while I am washing dishes when he naps it is easier to peek over the edge to check on him at further distances. My baby loves the sound the padding makes when he kicks his little feet off of it for entertainment, he also loves the texture of the mesh sides of the bassinet when he is trying the grab the fabric lines. With it being winter I have only had the pleasure of using this in my living room. Therefore, I personally wish it had some type of wheels to move it in short distances, with one hand, to make cleaning easier while holding my baby or moving it to a more functional location during use. I also wish there was an additional option to use the play yard after the bassinet stage, but before the pen stage as trying to set my infant son in the pen section while napping is a tad difficult because of it being lower than the bassinet. (This however is like this with all play yards so again just me.) I also personally struggled a tad trying to collapse the play yard, as it sort of twists to open and close. (When you're used to something a certain way for years it's easy to forget.) The shape and size in my opinion is excellent. It fit perfectly in smaller spaces making it easy to shift to different areas of my living room. Overall I am impressed with the look and feel of this play yard and would recommend it to others. I love this play yard, my husband loves it too, and our baby prefers it than any other play area we have offered so far. Maxi-Cosi thought about everything. It’s a play yard and a bassinet in the same time, the transition between these two functions is seemless. It’s as simple as to zip/unzip the mattress that comes with it and to position a few hooks. It’s a place to play and a place to take a nap when tired. The bassinet part is for newborns only however the play space below can easily turn into nap area for toddlers. I am impressed with how compact and lightweight the frame is. You can easily pack it up and travel with it or just move it from one room to another. It’s this light and easy to carry. We have already used it in most of our rooms and we took it to our grandma on duty for a day where it quickly became very useful. To set it up it takes exactly 1 step and 1 minute. As a mother with a velcro baby always in my arms, I truly appriciate this easy to setup function. The feature that gives me a piece of mind is how sturdy and stable it is. I feel my baby is fully safe while playing or sleeping. It has certification from The Baby Safety Alliance as well. The mattress is firm but soft in the same time. It’s design with a zipper makes it so practical, also there is velcro tape in the back to secure it even better to the bassinet. The fabric feels very smooth and soft to the touch, it’s breathable and 100 percent recycled material. Overall I would choose Maxi-Cosi’s Swift Play Yard any day for my family.

I love that the carrying case keeps everything covered and has a strap handle to make it easier for carrying. I've never seen an easier set up for a play yard. It unfolded with ease and was a breeze to set up. I like the bassinet feature for newborns. My baby still fits based on weight and measurements, but we won't be able to use it since she is now rolling over. I still set it up and checked it out and I am impressed with it overall and think it would be perfect for any newborn in the parents' room, at grandparents/friends house, or while traveling! The mesh sides also made it easy for me to peek in and see her easily. Which is a relief as a new mom! I like that the mattress pad can zip/unzip to provide the mattress space for both the bassinet and the play yard space. It seems more comfortable than other play yard mattresses. I also like that the mattress inside the play yard can be secured in place with Velcro through the base of the play yard. Overall, very well made! I was gifted this from my baby shower. It was great for the newborn stage but now that he’s outgrown the bassinet part it’s impossible to find a mattress topper for the bottom part. It has very weird dimensions and your standard mattress topper size will not fit. I wish I did more research before adding this to my registry.

Opened the play yard for the first time and the leg of it is completely broken. Very upset with this play gym

The swift play yard is esthetically pleasing and super easy to set up and take down, but the mattress is uncomfortable for my baby which makes sleeping in a new environment while traveling even more challenging. The mattress inserts have these awkward folds that line up with where my baby’s head typically rests while sleeping. That along with the firmness makes it challenging for my baby to stay comfortable for long. I was hoping to purchase a mattress insert, but the unique size is making it challenging to find one that will fit correctly (safely) within the pack and play. I wish I had of thought more about comfort when purchasing this rather than buying for style.

Absolutely love this play yard. We bought it for our grandson and the difference in weight and quality between the swift and other brands is amazing. The swift is lighter, easier to open and store and the pad is thicker! Just buy it, you won't regret it!!!

Opening and putting the play yard away is easy. However, trying to attach the Velcro straps on the mattress under the pack n play is difficult! Also, it doesn’t come with any properly fitted sheets. It’s hard to find sheets that fit and come with holes for the Velcro straps to securely attach the mattress down. I wouldn’t buy again. Wish I would have purchased a pack n play that comes with properly fitted sheets. I am now spending too much on Linen and Leah sheets hoping they fit.

Ive used many packs n plays before but this one is different. Its sturdy but easily collapsible. Small but plenty of room to keep your little one occupied for plenty of time! I set this up in my office while I work and my little guy keeps himself occupied while being comfortable for up to an hour without issue!

So for our first kid we had a regular pack-n-play....this is life changing compared to that! This is the easiest to move! Need to move it to a different room? 5 seconds later, it's collapsed and ready to go! So stinking easy compared to what I was used to! Also, let's state the obvious...this thing is stylish and somewhat matches my decor. I mainly love how easy I can move it from room to room though, that has made naptime so much easier because my baby can actually get used to sleeping in one bed!!
