Lamp is nice looking, but the installation instructions don't make sense. They look like for a different lamp all together. Illustrations don't match the actual product. Even the words are hard to read, both printed and PDF. Am I missing parts? Can't even tell.

I've had Maxim Lighting's products in several of my homes, but particularly liked this model for its looks. The finish hasn't faded in the 15 years that I've had this particular model, and still looks great in the entrance to my home. I like that there's a metal back to the glass bowl, so dead houseflies don't leave gross silhouettes when the light is turned on--makes it easier to clean, too.
