I put this in an home office that needed more light and previously had a ceiling fan that wasn't being used. Love that you can hang it at different lengths. It also came packaged very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my home that we’ve been remodeling to white and grey. The white globe and shiny silver trim and chain match perfectly! The chain is heavy and high quality (I was worried that it may tarnish if it was “cheap”) The rim was just a little tricky in lining up and securing. But overall normal straight forward instillation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Maxim Lighting Giza Mini Pendant light in polished nickel. It looks so elegant in the nickel finish and white glass shade. The light has a cone shape and hangs from the polished nickel chain. It gives off a beautiful soft light. I like the way it looks in my room and it matches well with my decor. My husband said it was easy to install and it didn’t take too long to hang it.

When I unboxed the light, I was pleasantly surprised that the light housing was glass and not plastic and that the overall construction of the light seems pretty solid. There is ample wiring and chain to adjust the length of how long the light hangs from the ceiling. I did take some links off the chain and was able to do that with some pliers. I like that both ends of the chain has a way to unscrew and refasten to the main chain. I've done this with previous lights that didnt have this and the links would always be chewed up a bit. Installing was a breeze, all the necessary hardware and nuts and screws were available to me. Once I installed it, I felt the light gave off ample light in my foyer. I'm pretty happy with this and would recommend it to anyone looking for a pendant light.

My kids love the way it's shaped they said it looks like a floating crystal. Easy to install and it's beautiful.
