Q: What are the dimensions of this piece? There is no way it is 9' by less than 3', that makes no sense.

A: It's about 3ft in depth and about 9ft total width including the "L". The "L" piece is the same size as the main desktop, they're both about 5 ft-ish x 3 ft-ish, but the "L" piece attaches next to the main desktop instead of on the front of the main desk, so it's 3 ft depth adds to the total width.

A: The desktop is two pieces the exact same size with one added to the end of it to make the L, so each piece is approximately 5 ft x 3 ft, and the L piece attaches at the side of the main desktop and adds 3 ft of width. It's pretty large, around 9ft in total length.
