MEGA Pokémon Pikachu Building Toy Kit (400 Pieces) Retro Set for Collectors

I love pikachu and this is perfect for my collection.

Fun game and like keep calm down

I bought all the Pokémon in this set & had so much fun putting them together. Some Pokemon were easier than others. I really hope they release more Pokemon in this 8bit style; Gengar, Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Dragonair, Jigglypuff, Pidgey, Vulpix, Meowth, just to name a few I’d buy them all.

These are really fun to put together and to have as a display piece for a game room. They were a little smaller than expected but the size they show on the box is the size of the finished product. Plus you can mount these to the wall!

I bought this and there the G plates where missing so now it looks like s#$@

Almost the entire base of the set being black makes it hard to understand. Doesnt stay together while building. I had trouble helping my son with it. Ultimately returned

I started with bulbasaur build by myself. Then I purchased pikachu and charmander for the kids. They loved it! The satisfaction of building something and paying attention to detail helps the mind focus and is so rewarding during and afterwards. The finished product is beautiful and we put them on our display wall next to our television. We are purchasing Mew and Eevee next!

This was a hard build with all the black pieces. The pieces also didn’t stay together like typical legos do. Plus those instructions were awful.

Very simple and smooth build. The finished product looks very nice, vibrant, and fun. The build takes about an hour. It can be split into 3 big steps 1) build the base board that’s the shape of the Pokémon 2) add thickness in the back. 3) lay on the colored “pixels” bits. The parts are stored in numbered bags just like Lego sets and are of solid quality. The set comes with a transparent plastic stand, and also a hook thing that lets you hang it on the wall if desired. The hardware for nailing the hook is not included. Overall I had a blast building this, and it looks awesome on the shelf alongside other pixel Mega Pokémon’s!

Hadn't been compelled to pick up the other pokemon licensed sets but this is perfect for the adult collector like me. Hope they expand the line to some more favorites like Jigglypuff or Psyduck. Please also secure the license to some 8bit or even SNES titles like Zelda.

Bought this yesterday at target. There were a couple instructions that I found confusing, particularly while constructing the frame on which you place all the studs, but I managed to get through it without a ton of trouble, and it looks gorgeous!

Super cute !!! It did take some time to make. The colored parts are tiny and took time to place them one by one. You also need to make sure they go on straight, there is a tiny tool that is provided. Overall I enjoyed making
