MEGA Pokemon Squirtle Building Toy Kit - 367pc

These are really fun to put together and to have as a display piece for a game room. They were a little smaller than expected but the size they show on the box is the size of the finished product. Plus you can mount these to the wall!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was so fun to put together, Squirtle's my favorite Pokemon and I knew exactly where we would display it- right above our pet red eared slider's tank! I like collecting turtle-themed things to display above my turtle's tank on a shelf, and Squirrel fits right in. Love it. Easy to put together for an adult and for an 11 year old boy. Made a fun activity for us!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a fun and adorable set! My daughter loves Pokemon and had so much fun putting together this Squirtle. She put it on her desk as a decoration. It has a nice stand to use and is very stable. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

Very simple and smooth build. The finished product looks very nice, vibrant, and fun. The build takes about an hour. It can be split into 3 big steps 1) build the base board that’s the shape of the Pokémon 2) add thickness in the back. 3) lay on the colored “pixels” bits. The parts are stored in numbered bags just like Lego sets and are of solid quality. The set comes with a transparent plastic stand, and also a hook thing that lets you hang it on the wall if desired. The hardware for nailing the hook is not included. Overall I had a blast building this, and it looks awesome on the shelf alongside other pixel Mega Pokémon’s!

He appreciated that each "step" was in a separate bag so that he could easily finish a bag and walk away from it for a little while without losing pieces. He also liked that it comes with a way to hang it on a wall as well as a stand. He noted that the bricks seems to be comparable to another brand and high quality. Overall he really enjoyed this set and would like to build more of them.

Although the package does say 13+ I think it would be able to be put together by a younger child with dexterity. My son described it as easy to put together. It is great addtion to his pokemon collection and is adorable. the 8 bit stylization of the piece makes it stand out

I feel best suited for any child in the 6-11 year old range. Definitely something to take up an afternoon but not much in reply

The only help he needed was finding pieces when he dropped them a couple of times. The display looks better than pictured and looks great on his wall. He loves Squirtle and has been bragging about it to everyone. He also likes how it looks like it came straight out of a classic video game

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pokémon mega pixel art was very easily labeled to put together. Very unique different type of blocks in the 3-D art form. So much fun we had to go get all of them to complete the set. The Pokémon squirtle.

If your child loves Pokémon and legos this is a great option!

He loves Pokemon and he enjoyed being able to put this together and have it on display in his room after he was finished. He now wants all the other starter Pokemon to go with it. The box does say for 13+ and my 9 year old managed to get it done with some minor help from his older (14) brother. The instructions were clear and straightforward and the blocks were easy to put together. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys building sets and is a Pokemon fan. The directions were sometimes a little hard for even my teenager to follow, but with Dad's help they had a great time building together! My six-year old loves building toys and was easily able to put the pixel designs on. The end product looks really cool and the stand makes it easy to show off and display. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for an engaging, hands-on toy for older kids!

We have not decided if we will hang it in the wall or set it on a dresser. My 14 year old daughter was able to build it with little difficulty. She said that the pixels were slightly hard to put in but otherwise she had no issue. She likes the vintage look also overall great product!
