I usually buy my Melatonin from Swanson in a liquid form with an eye dropper. I decided to try this spray. It really work well but I can't control the amount I take like I can with an eye dropper. What I mean is that you can't take half a dose like you can with a dropper. If I use this spray too late in the evening I find it difficult to wake up in the morning.
