This dog is bigger than I thought it was going to be! It’s the perfect size. Also it stands up on its own. It’s not super plush like a squish-mallow it’s more firm. It seems very nice quality and worth the price.

Super cute! Fur is nice and smooth. Definitely sturdy and stands on own feet.

Box the stuffed animal came in was damaged. It looked like it had been opened and then taped close. There were spots that were open enough that the merchandise could have been pulled out. There was no damage to the stuffed dog.

This stuffed animal is very cheaply made. I would be hesitant to let a child play with it due to the poor quality.

This is a really cute and well-made stuffed animal. The only problem is that our (real) dog wants to attack it!

Cute, sturdy, dog. I really don't like that it was made in China. I ordered 4 other large M&D stuffed animals this year and the quality control was lacking. Poorly sewn seams on a horse. One ear half the size of other (same horse). A black lab that had no neck and its nose glued on facing the sky. Looked more like a black angus. Then I think about the horrible waste of making these things and shipping them around the globe...can't we just make them here? Anyhow, this dog, the Dalmatian, and the donkey were the best of the M&D animals we ordered. I was not impressed by the horse or black labrador.

Well made and a good size. A good value. The only thing I might change is that the legs are quite stiff inside. This is good if you want the dog to stand up, but less good for cuddling.

I recieved this item earlier than expected, which was such a nice surprise! The dog looks EXACTLY like the photo on the Target website, and is even better in person!! Very life like, along with is made of a solid material so that this dog can withstand kid's playing with it (as we got as a gift for our niece). The size is also lifelike, exactly the size you would imagine this breed of dog to look like! Thank you for an excellent product!!

Hardest stuffed animal with metal legs. Our stuffed animal, 1 of 2 arrived defective and Melissa & Doug said to move padding to fix it. Just shifted during shipping!? Laughable response. I’d return if there wasn’t a risk of getting Coronavirus at the store. It’ll go in trash and am no longer a M&D fan. Thanks Target for fixing issue when toy manufacturer is too cheap to do it.

Love this stuffed animal. It is well made, looks great, and can stand on its own. I would definitely recommend this item. I would buy it, or a different Melissa and Doug dog plush again.

We bought this for our sons first birthday as a stand in for when our 10 year old Jack Russel terrier is visiting grandma. He absolutely loves our dog and we hope that it will also give him sort of a comforting replacement for when she does eventually cross the rainbow bridge. He talks to this dog like its our real dog and he pets her and kisses her nose. Today he was even trying to feed her his snack.

My daughter loved it. She even named him Peanut and put a collar and doggie clothes on him!!

It is very life like. The body is not as soft as I expected, but if you can't have a real dog, this is a good substitute.

Beautiful, just as described, so realistic. My grandsons hasn't seen it yet.
