Not very durable considering it's for toddlers. There needs to be more protection on the top where the images are. Its basically paper that flakes off with use.

I was hesitant to buy this because of all the negative reviews but I took a chance when there was a sale. My son absolutely loves it! I had no issues with it not playing correctly or at all. Just needs batteries and being in a room/area with light. Highly recommend if your child loves Ms. Rachel and the songs she sings.

Bought this puzzle for my almost 3 year old granddaughter who loves miss Rachel. It is very nice but the need to have it activated by direct light to work is very frustrating and confusing to little ones. I wasn't aware when I purchased it.

The songs don't play half of them time. We will place the pieces in but unless the button is pressed in a specific spot nothing will play. We have tried it multiple times. Not worth it.

So I, like so many other moms I know.. could not understand why this puzzle wouldn’t sing.. just would not no matter how many times batteries were checked and replaced. Come to find out that it needs sunlight lol put it near a window or lamp and it works fine. So strange. So if yours isn’t working it’s not broken, just needs light.
