We have many people in the USA making our toys and have three facilities, including our headquarters, which are staffed by employee’s right here in the United States! Regardless of where each toy is made, we run it through the same rigorous and stringent testing procedure to ensure its safety. We have followed this same testing procedure for the more than 30 years we’ve been in business.

Q: I accidentally washed and dried it in the landuary, is it safe for child to use? Is any chemical might leak to other cloth or on to the toy?
A: We can assure you that safety is our top priority here at Melissa and Doug. All of our toys are tested to meet or exceed global safety standards that include the U.S, Canada, Europe and Australia- ISO standards. Testing is conducted regularly at a 3rd party registered laboratory, before, during, and after production. These standards ensure that our products are chemically safe.
