Q: Hi, I have the scoop and serve ice cream counter and my dog chewed some of the toppings and cones. Will this work to replace those pieces? Will they fit the same with the ones I have left for the cones and toppings and in the carrier?

A: Hi there! The age grading on our products is based on the guidelines set by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Some of those products are age graded 3+ for safety reasons ( small parts) and others are age graded 3+ based on what is developmentally appropriate for a child of that age. There are no small parts in this set.

Q: One of your answers to a previously asked question says there are two magnetic scoopers and another answer says the scooper is not magnetic. A third answer indicates the set includes just one scoop. So, two scoopers or one? Magnetic or not?

A: The ice cream scoops fit into the cones. They stay in the cones until they are separated from cones - no magnets.

My 4 year old got this for Christmas and she loves it! The ice cream is a magnetic to the cone and that makes it so easy to use. I do with the bucket was big enough to fit the cones in too, but overall fabulous!

I bought this for my 2 year old daughter for Christmas and was so disappointed in it. While it is very cute, the ice cream scoops do not stay stacked together well at all. the magnets are way too weak and do not hold. as soon as we put 2+ scoops on, they immediately fall off. poor quality for a relatively expensive toy.

It’s entertaining I guess but kinda suck. The ice cream only scoop up if the scooper is straight, not tilted even a little. This is for kids, they don’t have the best hand gestures. Also, hate the fact the ice cream moves so easily off the cone. While my child pretend eat and stack them they fall every time.

My 4 year old loves to use this his ice cream truck. We liked the fact that there is a magnet that holds the ice cream onto the cone. However the hold is weak and the design connects to where it looks silly. We ordered two one from the store and another shipped. Then we’re disappointed that the shipped product was not the same with numbers of accessories. There are in fact three more. So for the same money our opened with discarded packaging first arrived item) did not come with a spoon, menu card or bowl like the shipped product. They were not the same product despite the item photos being the same. Also the ice cream containers were of different colors and design I’ll be returning the unopened one because of the principle and that one item was absent from the package! I feel we received and old designed product at the store and a newer was shipped. Or maybe it was the other way around. In any case a different photo of the set should have been shown so the customer receives what is expected.

Liked everything about this ice cream set. It teaches and promotes learning without the children knowing. Sometimes the ice cream does fall off the cones. The wooden conesà can hurt feet/toes when it falls from a cabinet. Very fun. Would recommend this to my family and friends.
