Don't have a fabric tape measure? Use a shoelace or pant leg to measure. Then, lay it flat & use a ruler or tape measure to get a numerical measurement.

How to measure

  • Chest

    With arms at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest & shoulder blades, keeping the tape level & snug.

  • Waist

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortable loose, level line around that point.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit well. Now measure along the seam from the crotch to the leg opening.

Mens top in womens department.

Found this size small in womens department and was surprised I could wear a small but liked that it was thin and loose. I think the price was high. Only now that I see this offer to review, do I know it is a men's small. No wonder there was only one and I could not find online or on sale.

Good for women too!

I'm a woman and I love this shirt for the gym. I don't like cropped or form-fitting tops (like so many tops made for women), so I tried this one and I wish it came in more colors. I'm mad that I didn't pick up the ruby red before it sold out. I'm 5'6" 135lbs and the I like the medium for the length and some extra room, but a small could also work. It's a little pricey to buy full-price in my opinion because it's TARGET and I expect to save money, not pay $30 for a shirt for the gym, so try to get it on sale. Definitely breathable and cool.
