Q: how many ouces do they hold?
A: you can't keep up with counting how many ounces it can hold. i changed mine at the second dribble (especially at night), otherwise you'll end up with wet briefs.

A: you could, but it probably won't work as well as wearing with snug fitting briefs. they need to be held in place to prevent leaking as they absorb urine and get heavier. the heavier they get the more chance they will leak as they sag away from your body.
