This top-of-the line pull-on work boot, by Muck features a non-metallic met guard and composite toe protection built on our exclusive Vibram® Fire and Ice outsole. Combined with an 8mm neoprene bootie and fleece lining, this is the perfect boot for sub-freezing, icy conditions and hazardous jobs. This boot meets CSA Grade 1 standards for impact and compression with a composite safety toe and internal metatarsal guards. It also meets the ASTM and CSA standards for resisting electrical hazards and is puncture-resisting. A Vibram Fire and Ice outsole tread design is self-cleaning, with wide lugs and foot-base for increased stability and traction. All components are non-metallic. This 16-inch boot is lined with 8mm CR flex-foam neoprene and lined with fleece for warmth. And houses a 5mm thermal foam footbed for additional warmth and comfort.

Great boots great quality . I am a pipelayer and pipefittier so I’m constantly in 1-2 feet of water soaked but these boots make sure I go home in dry socks every day

I bought some for working during winter. (where it snows!!) Really hoping they would actually be waterproof and well they are definitely not and it’s the bottom of the shoe that gets wet and squishy. Which makes my whole foot wet and cold and won’t dry until hours after I take them off at the end of the day. They’re not horrible so I would do 2.5 as my overall rating but I can’t.

Love this style boot. I use it for underground mining. I've used it for 4 years now. You can walk several miles without getting sore. Only downside is if your working in hot areas your feet do sweat a lot.

I'm really impressed with these boots. I work in an industry that has me outdoors about 30/70, in cold weather and walking an average of 30 minutes everyday in snow and low temps of anywhere between -15 to -38 for months. These boots have held up very well, and my feet stay very warm. I haven't had any complaints about these boots, and I recommend them already to family and friends. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Just wanted to write a brief review. The boot is outstanding across the board. There really isn’t a situation it can’t handle, and clean-up from the fields and stalls couldn’t be simpler. Very warm, and the added protection leads to added peace of mind. Regarding sizing, it all comes down to the socks you choose. If you’re running thinner, normal crew socks, my opinion, order a size down. If you’re wearing heavy socks or doubling-up, they’re true to size. This is a heavy-duty boot meant to live in the elements. It was designed around that concept. Hope this helps, and enjoy.
