    Almost a home run...

    This is my second pair, I love the fit and durability of these boots. Im hard on footwear and these definitely outlast all the other brands that I've tried. Why the low rating? These were not waterproof I found out the hard way, and that's super important in the woods.

    Nice comfortable boots if they didn’t leak water

    I bought these boots a couple weeks ago got the worm for the first time yesterday on 1102 2025 out in the woods by the swamp comfortable boots. Nice boots but they leaked.

    Great boots Zipper No Problem

    Very happy with my new replacement boots, my previous pair was 9 years old. NO PROBLEMS WITH THE ZIPPERS, use a little logic and place two fingers behind the zipper to prevent the fabric from catching the zipper. Water proof is excellent

    Bad fit.

    Too tight around the ankle. Completely unable to get foot into boot even after ordering EE width.

    Well built and look great. The reason for four stars is they still aren't broke in. I have to bandage my feet because they rub so bad. Im hoping with more time they get better

    Zipper will fail.

    I have owned several pairs and love these boots but the zipper fails after 2 years. Most unfortunate.

    Comfortable

    They are comfortable for long hikes and look good. But they started to leak after less than ten uses. Don’t buy them for their waterproof use.

    Soaked feet January

    I’ve wore these boots 3 maybe 4 times. Crossed the creek to hunt last day of season here in Indiana, ankle high water and my feet got soaked going in to my spot needless to say I had to leave early. Lucky it wasn’t colder than 25 or it could have been really bad.

    VERY POOR QUALITY

    My first pair lasted about 2 months before they fell apart at the seam of the zipper. Reached out to Rockyboots, replaced them, very slow turn around. Second pair, same size according to the label, was very tight, and fell apart even faster. Not sure if they would replace them a second time, doubt the 3 pair would be any different.

    I would rate this a zero if that were an option

    I purchased these boots against the recommendation of other dissatisfied customers thinking that they were likely just unlucky. I did so because I preferred the stitched sole with the assumption that the upper would last and the soles could be replaced if needed. That was a mistake. The biggest complaint was the failure of the zipper. Not only did the zipper on my boots fail, but it failed on both boots in the same spot (at the ankle). The boots are also ungodly uncomfortable to the point that they continually fracture my pinky toenail on both feet (yes, the boots are the correct size). Finally, I was out working a missing pet recovery case and had to retrieve a deceased animal from a muddy creek bank. I found out, as I was standing in ankle-deep muck and decomposition, that these boots are not waterproof as advertised. I am now on a quest for a new snake boot manufacturer.

    The reviews help me order the perfect size boot

    Thanks to the reviews I was able to order the perfect size boot for my over sized foot of 9 1/2 EEE. I ordered 10 1/2 W, I also have a large calf and the boot zipper up niece and smooth. I had to push my foot in just to be perfect. Once in the boot feels great, there will be some break-in needed at the top of my foot. Something that was common with my rock climb boots.

    Rocky 15 inch high snake boots

    These boots are comfortable I walk creeks and they are very waterproof thank goodness I’ve not encountered snakes yet so can’t say on that but they are high quality material
