An Alaskan staple in the commercial fishing industry with features that apply to a variety of industrial work settings, XTRATUF Legacy boots supply flexible, all-day comfort and the best protection against the broadest range of acids, corrosives, and contaminants. This 15-inch waterproof pull-on boot boot is made with a signature triple dipping technique, which creates a seamless barrier that is highly resistant to many and inorganic acids, chemicals and contaminants. Our latex neoprene is ozone resistant, and is softer, lighter, and far more pliable than ordinary rubber. Cushioned insoles with arch support help fight fatigue and stress on the legs and back. This insulated version comes with built-in Polymeric Foam insulation to keep your feet warm even when its is -10F/-23C. The Steel Toe meets ASTM F2413-18 M/I/C EH and Canadian Standard CSA Z195-14 for added protection. Recommended half sizes order up.

Sole Grip Is Awful waste of money.

Very disappointed bought for use in refrigeration trailer as they are supposed have a great sole grip. Rubbish have slipped and fallen several times wearing these!

They're Great !

Been aware of these boots since 2001 in the Southeast Alaska fishing industry. Swore by them then, and some 20 plus years later, can swear by them again.

Extra tuff needs to make women’s work rubber boots

I bought these as work boots. Not quite sure what the logic is with the crazy narrow upper section. I had very bad blister on the back of my leg because it rubbed my leg too hard. The lower boot is amazingly comfortable and good for now. I’ll have to wait and see if the rubber hold out as well as my beloved dunlop ones. So if you have very skinny legs these are great. They will stretch out a touch above so if you can be patient then it’s worth it. Duct tape works wonders if you can’t I wear women’s 9 so I ordered men’s 7.

Why can’t Xtratuff give everyone what they want, some different colors in their steel toe collection? Or even just get rid of the white toe design? I don’t get it.

Review

Got one size up and too tight on the top of my foot. I have an average foot that fits in many other style of boots with the same concept. The extra reenforcement made it really tight and not as flexible on the top of my foot. Have to wear thin socks to avoid numbing of the foot but my feet get cold. I would rather have more room on the top of the boot so that I can wear thicker socks to make them tight. I'm a size 11.5 so the 13 has alot of room in the toes.

Love these in smaller sizes, but...

Had to return the size 15s because they were not engineered right. So tight across the instep you can't even get them on. I hope to give a re-engineered version a great review later on!

Great boot

Wide calf still not wide enough.

Purchased these for a winter fishing trip. I am a woman with wide calves and had to purchase a men's size because XTRATUF doesn't make a wide calf option for woman or an Insulated wide calf for women either, which is disappointing. Even with the buckle, this boot is still way too tight to work as a wide calf boot. I have to roll down the shaft in order for it to fit. Wide Calf, at least for women is a circumference of 16 or greater, this is 15". Wish this brand had equal options for women...

The Best Boots

Years ago I moved into a small cabin in Alaska, inside were a used pair of these exact boots. I wore those boots every single day for many years and lasted a long while before loosing their waterproof so I've decided to replace them and there is no comfort compared to slipping on a pair of XtraTufs!

Bad to the bone boots

Got these boots two years ago. I work construction down in the ditch an these are the only boots that have lasted a long time. Super durable the size is perfect an are really warm

Brewer's best friend

These boots are a necessity if you're a professional brewer. I had gone through countless pairs of “waterproof” leather and synthetic boots and they would all eventually fail and leave my feet wet. For an insulated steel toe 15” boot, you really can't get much more comfortable Than these either. Add the benefit of being able to take them fishing on the weekends and it's a no brained. But these boots!

Great work boot

The warmth and comfort of these boots is great, especially considering that the boots have a steel toe. Other boots with steel toes get cold quick, but i have stayed warm and dry in these.
