Paolo, author of Measuring Inclusion, brings extensive experience as an entrepreneur and teacher in inclusion and talent management. Cynthia, author of Clear Cane Chronicles: Shaping the Future of Healthcare Through Person-Centered Care, has developed and delivered training programs that empower professionals to build inclusive, high-performing teams. Paolo Gaudiano

With advanced degrees in aerospace engineering and neuroscience, Paolo Gaudiano jokes that he'd already done rocket science and brain surgery before turning to a really complex problem: convincing business leaders that they can achieve superior financial results by creating more inclusive organizations.
