I had a small hiccup with my product and customer service has been phenomenal to rectify the situation. Would whole heartedly recommend. I’ve attached a video to show the size of the item and the color with the waver. Photo is day three after clipping my hair up for a nap.

It does what it is supposed to do, protects surfaces from being burned and travel/storage bag for the waver. I do think its funny that the website advertises the clutch part as an exciting feature... "the feature sport luxe buckle turns this practical bag into a super cute must-have clutch"... there's no way I would ever use this as a clutch as it is quite large and it looks like a pencil case, its not a cute fashion accessory lol.

This was offered as ‘free’ with my waver and blower combo pack, however it charged me in checkout and even looking back for a code to go along o couldn’t find one and hoped it would be rectified at checkout. It wasn’t so I ended up paying for it. But it’s definitely worth getting as it’s a great carrier and heat resistant and as the waver is quite big, having the May to rest it on feels safer whilst using. The there is Velcro for the clutch to stick to the mat to roll up inside it and makes great for travelling.
