This is the most uncomfortable chair for this price. No back support, will return it.

The description says "adjustable tilt tension control allows you to customize the optimal angle at which you sit". However there is no way to lock the tilt once you get the right angle. I emailed Boss Chair customer support and they replied "Unfortunately, the mechanism on this chair doesn’t allow you to Lock it in a tilt position -- Only In the Upright Position to prevent it from leaning back." So the tilt is worthless. Otherwise it is reasonably comfortable, but in the upright position, the top of the chair presses into my back, which is why I am wanting it to tilt back a bit. Written assembly instructions were minimal and not helpful. Why couldn't they put a few more pictures in instead of fuzzy diagrams? Finally found a video on their website that straightened me out. Once I got the chair assembled, I realized it was a pretty good design, but the assembly instructions must have been created in the belief that the user already know how it worked.

I got this chair for my sister. I gave it to her for Christmas. She said she loves it! I said it was a late Christmas present. She said it’s ok I was happy

Good chair for the price. It is firm and provides better support for extended sitting. I had a comfy faux leather that I used to use when I'd be at the computer for short bursts. That worked well for a while but once work from home started, it was not so comfortable.

great office chair for the price. easy to assemble and comfortable to sit in all day at a desk job

Easy to assemble, sturdy and comfy

This is a great chair for the money. It's presentable and comfortable. It also has a zipper for the mesh in the back should you wish to remove it. The staff actually enjoys the chairs greatly.
