I got this chair at the beginning of 2024 and the cushion is already completely flatten. The chair is as hard as a rock now. I don't recommend buying it.

I like the comfortable seat cushion and seat size. It squeaks when I lean forward or back. Neither spraying the casters and the casters and joints with Wd40 or tightening the bolts everywhere didn’t eliminate the squeak.
