The chair was easy to assemble. It is comfortable, and easy to adjust. I had lower back pain with my old chair, but it has been gone since switching to this one!

I’d give this chair a solid 7/10. It's a decent chair for the price. Pros: The seat and back are comfy. The levers allow locking the seat back to an exact preferred tilt. The levers allow you to adjust the locked pitch of the chair: if you wanted to use it as a recliner, you could. 5-point rollers are good for stability and roll smoothly. Cons: It’s lower quality than chairs at a professional office, especially the arms and levers. The armrests use a harder plastic foam padding instead of soft cloth & foam infill. I wanted to like it, but I returned the chair. It was comfortable but didn’t give me the lower back support I found with a similar chair that I compared it to.

I received my chair today - but was very sad to open the package and find a rather large rip along the fabric of the seat. I didn't bother to check the condition of the rest of the parts since the seat is most important to me. From what I could see, the overall quality of this chair is really great and very sturdy. I returned my damaged chair to my local Target and quickly re-ordered a new one again online! Hopefully next order is not damaged.

I've been using this chair for a week now and am loving it! It provides much more support than the chair I was using before. I'm 5-8", 200+ lbs, and this chair fits great. I definitely recommend.

I chose to buy a better quality chair and pay the extra money to get something that was more appropriate for many hours of sitting on Zoom calls. I chose this chair because it had lumbar support for the back, and mesh to allow my back to stay ventilated. The chair is heavy and solidly constructed. I could immediately feel the difference of the chair supporting my lower back and keeping me comfortably upright in a better ergonomic position. The chair has lots of adjustability like the office-level quality equipment purchased by my company at work. Although the chair is not inexpensive, you usually get what you pay for, and the improved posture and comfort are a good value if you spend any substantial time in a seat.

I just moved into my college dorm so I bought this chair and I'm pretty satisfied. Though I must say, it is on the pricey side; however, it's an extremely comfortable chair and I can tell that this chair would last years. Some cheaper chairs feel quite cheap and are squeaky the day you buy them. This chair is very durable and would purchase again if I had to.
